THESE ARE THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MY REFERENCE LETTER:

Ensure compliance with the code of labour legislation such as Industrial Act, Workmen Compensation Act at the workplace

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the various sections under Human Resource department

Implement key HR processes and HR initiatives at the business unit level such as management of Quarterly Rewards & Recognition program in the department

Coordinate work cross-functionally and counsel other sectional managers on the compliance of employment laws and regulations

Conduct meetings regularly with collectives and employee’s welfare associations to address issues raised by employees/collectives

Design manpower planning by coordinating with other departmental managers

Coordinate with HR planner for recruitment, training and development

Handling employee complaints, grievances proactively and ensuring cordial atmosphere in the workplace

Coordinate with Statutory authorities/ bodies for submission of returns within specified timeline
