Confusion in NOC Code

There are three HR related job in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) List:

1. Human resources managers (NOC 0112)
2. Human resources professionals (NOC 1121)
3. Human resources and recruitment officers (NOC 1223)


I work as an HR Generalist and here are my job responsibilities:

1. Take over the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
2. Prepare and publish Job posting.
3. Review the applications and pre-screen resumes;
4. Schedule technical interviews with the hiring managers
5. Conduct and/or process background, credit and reference checks, etc.
6. Process and issue candidate paperwork;
7. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
8. Support the IT department to prepare all required materiel for employees (Laptops, cellphones).
9. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
10. Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
11. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
13. Organize and attend job fairs
14. Prepare background checks and job offer paperwork
15. Utilize human resource databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
16. Assist in the planning and execution of new company initiatives and policies
