Reference letter for eAPR - How old ??

How old should reference letters be ? I have got them in month of December and applying for eAPR in mid Feb. Will those job reference letters work ?

On the same topic, my reference letter for my current (and only) job is from November, 2015. I will be applying most probably in March after nomination(hopefully). Will that be an issue? In my EE profile, I am claiming foreign work experience for only two years which is captured in the work experience letter(from August 2013 to October 2015). Moreover I can attach the most recent paystubs and contracts to prove that I still work there. Please advise if I can go with the same one as I had a very hard time getting it from my manager.

I'm in EXACTLY the same situation with similiar timeline (ref.letter dated Oct20, 2015 - OINP appl. on 29th Dec 2015). it will be a big mess to get that letter again
