Hi all, I'm getting an ex employer to sign the doc using docusign. Since they are travelling a lot and don't have time to print scan etc. Hope this won't cause problems? Also the header is a very basic logo of the company. I have mentioned their address & phone in the letter itself.

I think it would be a risk to submit it, rest I don't know as technically thinking anyone can do that. Thats why IRCC mentions company letterhead. Usually people working in companies gets it emailed by the main office. They can email it to you, every company usually have letter heads. I would not risk it.Rest is your call.

Yes, it’s OK. You can add employment contract and payslips or proof from the bank that you were paid - alltogether this will be proof of your employment.
