Dear All,

Need some opinions and advises from experts

Have questions related to Employee reference letter. Do we need to provide reference letter for all the companies previously worked or just the present company's reference letter with role and duties are fine.

Currently work with IT company in Canada as Testing technician as job code . so this will be the job code under which, will be applying PR

here is the details for previous companies

Current company A - working since 2011 - testing job code
company B - duration 2010-2011 Job code matches with Testing profile-
company c - duration 2008 -2010 Job code matches with Business Analyst profile
company d - duration 2007 -2008 Job code matches with operations analyst profile
company - duration 2004-2007 Job code matches other profile

Apart from current and just previous job code, all other companies had other profile and duties

Please guide on the same, do we need to provide all reference letter for last 10 years irrespective of different job codes

just need to provide current reference letter and should be fine .
 
If you are claiming points for the work experience, you need a reference letter. If you are not claiming points for the experience, you do not need a reference letter.
