Hey Guys,
I got PPR request on May 1st and they asked me to submit my passport at Ottawa office.I live in India and can not send my passport out of country via courier due to passport transportation restrictions in India.I emailed them very same day to revised instructions and allowing me to submit my passport in India. I got reply that they will send me new instructions shortly. It's been 10 days, i haven't heard about the new instructions from them. I call them and they said officer will contact me with the new instructions but call center agent didn't specify any timeline. My question is:

Did anyone phase this kind of situation before or any suggestion what should i do now? or anyone know, in how many days i can expect reply from them?

Guys, i just have 20 days remaining. Please find me a solution.

This is normal and nothing to be concerned about. Send another email as a follow up and when you receive the new instructions, they will give you additional time.

Thanks buddy.Do you know, normally how many days they take to respond.

For the NDVO the response time is usually 2 weeks, but depends on the workload they have. You will soon hear back. Not to worry.
