There are few companies giving the opportunities to new immigrant to work with the skills which is not gained in Canada. They esteem the Canadian experience but to hire someone they giving priority to new immigrant.

Exception cant make big difference, this has to be adopted by all other Companies which I dont think they'll do.

Great to know. Somebody has to start it. It is good to know that immigration Canada has recognized this effort and appreciated. Looks to me like the fundamentals are right.
