Hi folks, I applied for citizenship a couple weeks ago. I was wondering how important it is that all former employers have sent in a record of employment (ROE). I checked in my online service Canada account and only one former employer did so. I believe the current employer does not send one until you leave the job but I'm still missing my second employment. Is that bad? Should I try to sort that out? Is my old work obligated to submit that respectably?
