Recieved medical ...confused about medical for wife

Dear Friends,

I just received my medical request and landing Fee.I applied inland under CEC.I am in India now with my wife and my wife is pregnant.So if my wife does her medical test,it will show that she is 12 weeks pregnant.Will that be a problem in our PR?

What are the options availabble for us so that we dont lose our PR?

Please help....
