Recheck of fund at port of entry

If i apply for study permit and show bank statement 36000 CAD.
And I get approval for study permit.
Do I have show the same amount to the officer 36000 CAD at the port of entry of Canada.
However I will spend some of them in travel ticket so this amount 36000 CAD will decrease.
