Recent grad with a job in the field of study. Do I need to stay at the same company until my PR application is reviewed?

As a recent university grad with a job in the field of study, I fulfil the criteria for PR and will be applying for it soon. Does this also mean I need to stay at the same company for the duration for which my PR will be reviewed? I am seeing some great opportunities that I want to explore after my PR application is made.

Only if your PR application is tied your employer (e.g. provincial nomination) or on the fact you have a job offer (e.g. claiming 50 points under express entry).
