Recent application of student along with spouse

Did anyone recently apply for spouse open work permit along with study visa?
If yes, does both applications get processed together or SOWP takes its own time

I have applied for Student Permit with SOWP on 29th March 2021, Up till now me and wife both got the biometric verification call together.

I don't know what to expect further. Do you applied under SDS or NON SDS?
