Received work permint when i am in other country.

I have valid study permit upto 31th March 2020. My study will be completed on December 16th 2019. If i apply work permit online when receive my transcript and go to my home country and Canadian Govt. approved my work permit, then i have to return back compulsory urgently to finish the work permit procedure or it can also possible when i come back to canada before 31st March 2020.??

There is no procedure to "finish". Once approved, it's done. You need a valid TRV to return to Canada.
