Received the email, but eCOPR not available to download

Hi everyone,

yesterday I received email from IRCC PR Portal / Portail RP IRCC that Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada! / Félicitations! Vous êtes désormais résident permanent du Canada!.
and eCOPR is available for download.

But on logging in permanent residence tracker I cannot find the eCOPR download option,

Has anyone gone through same?
 
I’m having similar issue since 6th of February. I have sent emails to the same email address but no response till today. Have you received yours?

Anyone get eCoPR i have same issues ?
 
i got pr card but i didn’t found my eCoPR on protal and also some errors on website and i got my pr in march 2023 so can you help me how can i get eCoPR
 
I’d suggest you keep emailing the office that sent you portal 1 and 2. They are the only one that can reupload your eCopr. As i mentioned earlier, reach out to to member of parliament (MP) for assistance

If you're not seeing the eCOPR download option in the Permanent Residence Tracker, there might be a few reasons for this. Sometimes it can take a little time for the system to update. You're not alone—many have faced similar issues during the process.
 
Has anyone solved the problem? Who got the ecoPR after receiving the Congrats letter but didn't have the link available?
 
who else had work permit renewed after Portal 2 summitted. I was expecting they cancel temporary visas when I confirm that i am in canada. CoPR valid by feb, 2025
