Hi people,

On October 2nd 2014 I applied for a student visa, along side with my wife who applied for a work permit and my childrens who applied for a visitor visa. On November 3rd 2014, I received an status update email for my step daugther application and when I got into my cic account there was a new messages requesting her medical exams. On November 4th 2014, I received four emails from the donotreply@cic.gc.ca account notifying an update for each one of our applications. However, when i get into my MyCIC account there are no new messages for any of our applications. In that date I also received a phonecall from the Immigration Office in Mexico notifying me that me and my family had to take the medical exams as soon as possible.

I would like to know who to contact caused I already have sent emails to question@cic.gc.ca, web-tech-support@cic.gc.ca and mexico-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca without receiving any response or new messages in my CIC account.

I'm running out of time and would appreciate any help to sort this out.
