After exactly 2 years, I received a request letter and a new Medical Examination instruction on Jan 7, 2022.
However, in the request letter, it showed the three documents it needs must be received by: 2022/01/06
And, at the page of uploading documents, it showed as below

Replacement Overdue/ Police Certificates (Multiple) (required)/ 06 January 2022
Replacement Overdue/ (required)/ 06 January 2022
Replacement Overdue/ Schedule A (required)/ 06 January 2022
And there's no new column for me to upload new medical results.
Is the happening to anybody lately?
