Received PT notification of interest from Ontario

hi guys.. I recently received a PT interest from Ontario. Eligibility criteria for human capital stream says an applicant needs to have at least one year of work experience in last 5 years from date of receiving interest. However when I created my EE profile I did not mention any work experience in recent 5 years. Infact work experience mentioned by me is for duration May2007-August2010 which is not falling within recent 5 years.

Should I go ahead and accept the interest and send my application.

I believe you will not be eligible. But I would you get this clarified directly from OINP itself. Below are their contact details

Sorry to say but you wont be eligible.
One of the guys on this forum asked the same question from ontario people and they said that it is possible for a person with older than 5 year experience but he/she wont be eligible under fsw category for oopnp.

Hi Rafzy.. I could not understand completely.. Once a candidate accepts PT interest from Ontario then he is evaluated on FSW eligibility as well as OINP human capital priorities stream. You answered that if is possible for experience older than 5 years but I wont be eligible for FSW.. Can you please explain this as to why u think so? There must be something in your mind which made you conclude that I would not be eligible. It will be helpful for me.

Yes. Its a strange requirement for FSW for applicants with experience outside canada.
Even in my case, i lost almost 1 month of experience because of this stupid requirement of oinp.
