Hi all,

My spouse (being sponsored) received PPR on May 25th, 2023. The medical expiry date on file was Jun 5, 2023. She did not receive a request to redo medicals or anything, but PPR letter was sent 10 days before the medical expiry date. She followed the instructions and submitted the passport, which was stamped and sent back with original COPR expiry date of Jun 5th. She picked the passport up on June 6th with an expired COPR and expired Visa. IRCC never sent her valid documents. Anyone experienced anything like this ?

It's a mistake. You'll have to go back to the visa centre or contact the visa office to get it fixed.
