Received PPR, stamp passport and Port of entry BUT MEDICAL says "You do not need a medical exam."

Hello !
As the title says I have received my PPR, stamped passport as well as Port of entry and the document is valid.

However, my medical after I got POE is showing "You do not need a medical exam." My medical exam is valid as I gave it 3 months back.
Please advise what I should do?

If it was previously passed then don't worry about, as long as your counterfoil remains valid. It could just bea system glitch...
