Received PPR, but Background Check, review of eligibility and final decision status have not changed at all! I'm confused

Dear all,
I received ITA in October and completed my application through express entry on Nov 13th. Also, I was nominated by Ontario.
Now after submission, my progress has been as below:
Medicals Passed on November 29th
Biometric Letter received on Dec 5th
Biometric completed status on Dec 9th
Passport submission request letter on Dec 15th
And I submitted my passport on Dec 20th.

What keeps me awake is the fact that when I check my IRCC application I see the below:

Review of eligibility Help - Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Review of medical results Help - Review of medical results

• November 29, 2022 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents Help - Review of additional documents

• We do not need additional documents.

Interview Help - Interview

• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics Help - Biometrics

• December 9, 2022 Completed.

Background check Help - Background check

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision Help - Final decision

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What does this mean? I got PPR but haven't completed some of the above stages. I am worried, somebody please throw some light on this!
