Received PPR and sent my passport, but why is it still BG and Eligibility Review?

Hi Guys,

I received PPR 100 days after AOR. I'm FSW-Outland stream. I've sent the passport and photos to Ottawa office last week but now it's still showing "You application is still in progress." , and it seems they are still reviewing my eligibility and bg check. Is it normal? How long will it take to get approved?

yes. It only changes when your visa/copr has been issued. Then you will see the counterfoil and documents info on your profile as well.
