Please contact to your College, hope they will accept you in the same intake, just try and explain them your situation. Hopefully you will get positive response.
i hv deferred my classes to jan intake n i got LOA for jan intake. My visa is still in progress! I applied on 23 may for sept intake
So whts the next step now! Shall i contact embassy to inform abt new loa! Or i shall wait for final decision.

You applied on 23 May for Sept intake and still in progress. that's too much of wait ? I would not suggest to change anything in your application now, you might be getting visa soon. So don't worry once you get this visa you can fly in for Jan intake.
You have to go in the same College, may be in next intake and keeps in the same College for minimum 1st semester. After 1st semester, you are able to change the College as per my information.
Whats the point in remaining in the same college for 1 semester? I am not going to study the same program, that's why I didn't go to college in september
Change school is simple. You just have to go to DLI transfer and change it.

Can u show where u get this 'As per CIC' ... don't spread wrong information for god sake.
OK then go and change whenever you like. And also show where it is written that your visa & study permit is issued for one College and you are going to attend other College without attending a single day in the former College.

Is this "As per CIC'. I changed without attending single day and cic approved it and I called them to confirm. when u don't know something u should not write it because your imagination is not cic
