Received Email from London Visa office

I have done my medicals four month ago and last week i sent enqiry to London visa office this is the reply. what does it mean?

Dear Drooza, I got same reply from London visa office today.i am the December 2010 applicant.i don't know what will be happened?i am so worried because my status is RBVO for 12 months.

This is just a standard reply. I will advise you to be patient, you haven't got long to go now.

It's a know fact that LONDON visa office is one of the busiest and slow, so hang in there!!!!!!!!!!
