Hello guys, I submitted my application on January 26th, got BIL on 27th, submitted biometrics on the 1st of February and the very day my status changed to submitted. Eligibility review and background check started on February 1st. Is this a good sign? for eligibility review to start without medical request?

I am from Cameroon, applied online.
