Pre-Assessed..
Hii..

After 2 years of studies, I just received 3 years of PGWP before a month.
I have been married since 19th January, 2012. (almost one and a half years).
I'm looking for skilled job while working in food industry (low skilled).

My spouse is in India.
If my spouse can't work here, it's fine with me. I just want her here in Canada.

How can i bring her to Canada?
Under which category?
How many ways are there?? (like dependent or TRV or Student etc.)
How much time does each way take??

Thanks in advance.

You'll need to get a job that is NOC code A, B, or 0 before you can sponsor your wife for an open work permit. Low-skilled jobs do not get SOWP. You can try for a TRV if you wish, but she will need to show substantial ties to her home country. It's likely a TRV will be refused.

TRV and student are likely to be denied because she has strong ties to Canada - you. Better to look for a skilled job, then get her a SOWP.
