Receive of acknowledgement mail from CIO, Sydney

Hi, I have applied for FSW under NOC 0211. My application has been received by CIO Office on 7th Oct 2013, but I have not received any mail from CIO. Can anybody tell approximately how much time CIO time to open the application and send an acknowledgement mail?
