I applied on my own. Its better. Consultants charge you large amounts for nothing really. All help is a available here.

It takes approximately 2 to 3 months. PER stands for Positive Eligibility Review.

this year if you check fsw2014 applicants forum early may candidate have been charged for payment so hopefully will get PER soon
ie within 30-40 days you will get PER
