Reasons for Rejection

Please give a reference.. because i really dont know what to do. I dont want my file to be rejected as i can show the money putting more money jn the account if thats the case.. i am eligible for CEC as well but i dont know what to do.. i have very less time as my open work permit is also expiring so once rejected after few months i cant reapply as wont have time

I would not withdraw the profile... why not just make another profile with cahnge in funds or send them CSE with funds ( gift deed deposit from parents or something ..maybe) This is just an opinion .. but I would hate to withdraw the profile where the officers were nice enough to request the POF documents instead of rejecting outright. It is a chance which might workout .

I had put $8000 when i was in pool and also i have my back home country experience for 3 years so i think due to my back home experience (foreign) i got slected under FSW..

So this time i will put $3000 but i dont think POF will make difference i think then also i will be selected under FSW..
i dont know what to do? i really will withdraw the profile and make the same profile with change of POF and i hope i get selected under CEC..

Ok go with withdraw your profile , it's safer. Now once you withdraw profile in order to qualify only for CEC, you have to select something specific option in your profile like you can show proof of fund like less than 10000 if you wish to. I did same thing before I was qualify for both FSW and CEC, but i want to qualify only for CEC , so I had shown 3000 $ as a proof of fund and select some option I forgot which one, that makes me to qualify for only CEC. Please check your profile and see only qualify for CEC.

I recently received 600CRS point from OINP. I also got my ITA.

However, I have certain concerns.

Initially, In my express entry profile, I did not include my common law partner as I ticked the single/never married option.
Having got the ITA, I modified the form and included my common law partner.

I attempted to update the express entry profile to change the single never married status, but apparently it is frozen/greyed out and cannot be updated.

My inquiry goes thus: will the above scenario affect my chances of getting the Permanent Residency?

Another concern is that I have two master degrees, (in architecture and urban planning). I have an ECA from WES for just one of the degrees. I am concerned that the degree that has the ECA isn't relevant to my current NOC code/line of work. Please kindly advice if the above scenario will be a problem.

But i am having issues in getting my FBI police report since the processing time is 15 weeks.
So if i decline the ITA now, will i get selected in the next draw since i have 1005 points in my express entry profile.

If you decline an invitation, you will be put back into the Express Entry pool of candidates (as long as you still meet the minimum criteria) to be considered in future rounds of invitations.

You may have to take steps to be considered again for the pool. For example, if you got additional points for a job offer but the job is no longer available to you, you may need to get another job offer. Or, if you got married or entered into a common-law relationship, you will have to update your Express Entry profile.

There is no guarantee that you will be invited to apply again. But, if you choose to re-enter the pool, declining an invitation will not have a negative effect on whether or not you could be invited to apply later.

If you do not decline an invitation and you do not apply within 60 days, the invitation will expire and you will have to complete and submit a new Express Entry profile and be accepted to the pool again to be considered in future rounds of invitations.

To re-enter the pool, you must complete a new profile and meet the minimum criteria."

$iv@ - FBI PCC is a known issue for lengthy processing time. You can attach an LOE for this and they will give you an extension to submit it.

The lack of a guarantee only refers to the changing cutoffs for the draws.
But since you have the 600 points, your guarantee of getting drawn is 100% of course.

its not a requirement, so It doesn't matter.

Where did u try modifying it? Through "Modify Family Information" section? or in your EE Profile?

There's no guarantee because applicant may have points less than cutoff of next draw or applicant's LMIA may not be valid when next draw comes or applicant's nomination might have expired when next draw comes.

That is why there is no guarantee.

But if you have CRS more than next draw's cutoff, you'll get ITA for sure.
