Reasons for Rejection

Dear all:

I am a lecturer in a government sector in a Pakistani University, therefore technically a government officer. My passport also mention "Government Officer" againts Occupation. Can this be any problem with the VISA officer? Is it alright to be a government officer and apply for the immigration? Could the Visa officer ask me to get No objection certificate or something from the university? Any response regarding my concern would be really appreciated. Thanks

No. Why would they? They are absolutely irrelevant.

Hi everyone..
Need your advise since most of you have either recieved PR or in the later stage of getting it.
I got ITA on 1 April & now preparing documents..
The problem

1. Mentioned three companies work experience in EE profile totaling 6 years

Started my career with Citibank
Then movers to GE capital
& currently working with a bank in Dubai.

NOC code mentioned for Citi/ Dubai Bank is same & mentioned as qualifying criteria for EE profile..

Two companies ( Citi & Current employer )are providing letter meeting CIC requirements for work experience,
One employer Ge Capital that contributed about 17 months of full time work experience has documented on email that they cannot provide the refrence letter in the CIC format.. However, I have all the supporting documents like their standard experience letter, Employment Offer letter, pay slips, full and final settlement letters.

Question :- Shoukd I move my GE Capital experience to Personal History as it will not effect my CRs score or should I keep it in work history & provide whatever documents I have???


2. In my EE profile for my IELTS, I mistakenly mentioned my IELTS Reference AE001-105278-0390 as in the place where we have to mention the refrence number that is mentioned at the bottom of the IELTs result sheet..

Since I am completing the application I am mentioning the the reference number mentioned at the bottom of IeLts result sheet..

Question ... will it effect my application being rejected ??

I needed a PCC from DRCongo to go ahead with my application.
I wrote to Embassy of DRCongo in India and in Uganda but they had no idea why I was asking for the PCC from their country although I am not Congolese.
I send my documents to a friend who lives in Congo and he managed to obtain me the right document. It says i have NIL criminality record in that country. But the PCC also mentions that fingerprint identification pending.
As per the CIC website, one must send the set of fingerprints but i was never asked by my friend to provide one. So i did not.
What do you think, would IRCC accept my PCC or reject?
What can i do, i dont know how to send the fingerprints to DRCongo and if they will accept the fingerprints that i will send. Who will certify the authorities that the fingerprints i sent are really mine.

I wrote to Embassy of DRCongo in India and in Uganda but they had no idea why I was asking for the PCC from their country although I am not Congolese.

Direction Générale de la Police Judiciaire
Direction de l'Identité Judiciaire
14, av. Kalémie, Commune de Gombe
Kinshasa, DRC

Now to get the fingerprints, you need to visit the embassy. They will verify the fingerprints and then you can send it to the above address. So call the embassy and ask if they will help you getting fingerprints.

The document name for PCC is: Extrait du casier judicaire (Bulletin No 3 of the criminal record)

I had gone to the embassy here in Uganda and also spoken with embassy in India but these guys have no idea of fingerprints and all those requirements. They said they cannot help.
Now my plan is to submit application with the document I have and in the meanwhile try to visit that country and provide them with my fingerprints personally. The only problem would be for my wife. I will try to have her fingerprints done in front of Interpol representatives and take it to Congo in a sealed envelope. Once I have the updated document, I will send it to cic. What risk is involved in doing above?

Please remember that you need to get police certificate for a visited country after the time your visited it. They need to generate the report once you go out of that country.

Don't even bother with GE if they aren't willing to give you a reference letter since its not going to make any difference to your CRS score. Just make sure that you still pass 67 for the FSW points with only 4 years of experience.

Hi guys, when I was filling my application for a visiting visa last year, I did not realise the visa rejection part included or any other country. I ticked No and got my visa, I just checked checked and realised this. How do I explain this and has this happened to anyone else?

I don't want to be rejected basis this silly mistake of mine!!

Should I reject invitation & enter pool again as my CRS is 435???

Please note that I already have got police certificate & Medicals done!!!

It is understood that we need to upload ECA report and all certificates/degrees, even those certificates which are not part of ECA report. But do we have to attach Transcripts as well??

Anyone got rejected for only uploading Degrees and not the Transcripts ??

I have many unmentioned unstamped trips between saudi and bahrain but i cant rememeber them since they dont stamp in my passport everytime,will that be ok??
