My permanent address is where I lived in 2004 (hometown)
Passport expires 11/2018
Should I get new passport at current address (living since 2 years 5 months) and pcc with same address (current)??

Can anyone please share with me the format of LOE?

And one question. I have online PF statement. I am outside India and wont be able to get statement from PF office with seal and signature. What should I do in this case. I have no other way to show POF other than my PF statement.

Regards,
Chiranjit

Hello
I have submitted my application in 1st week of March 2017.
I had stick to my permanent address that is in a different city than the one where I am staying and working currently. I have gone through posts(misunderstood) on forum and submitted it.

Now, I am thinking over and over about it. Should i submit change in information using webform or is it fine as two cities are in same country.

Studied at city W,
Worked at city X,
Worked at city Y,
Permanent address is city Z.

I know it sounds foolish what I have done but Submitted Z as the address for last 10 years.
What do you think I have to do ? Will they reject my application ? :-X

quoting your permanent address as the address of communication is a not a problem.
But in address history, you should state addresses as wherever you have lived.
Difference in current address and permanent address is not a problem.

download latest EPF statement along with your UAN Card. If possible, get a letter from your employer that they will release your funds upon your resignation.

I have Master's and Bachelor's degrees with which I got ITA. Do I need to add 12th (high school) or lower education, because technically these are secondary educations asked in the forms? Anyone here got rejected for excluding this info? Confused on whether to add it.

you don't need to provide 10, 12th details.

Hello Members,

My CRS is 445, but I can make it 457 in a month by my wife's ielts and ECA.

I gave a wrong NOC - 2171 at the time of filling in the profile. I got ITA now. But I want to change the NOC to entirely different one, 1431.

Now if I change the NOC now, I will have to submit an LOE, and I can't make the officers satisfied of the reason why I am changing this. I am not so confident to do so. As the 1st NOC is into IT and the 2nd into Commerce.

If I decline this ITA and create a new profile with 1431, will I get a rejection as there is a mismatch in the NOC given in 1st and the 2nd EE profile?

Update : I can't use 1431 as it is a level C job.

CRS 445

When I created the profile of EE, I was doing job with ABC. My score was below 450 and analyzing previous score for ITA selection was too high and read from some forum that the there is very little chance that points for selection goes below 450. So, I stop follow the EE profile. In the meantime, I got new job with Provisional Govt in my country and got very busy. And totally forgot to update it in EE.

After I got ITA email, then I realize my EE is not updated.

In Post ITA application, I included the latest job; My questions are
1) any issue I created by not keeping updated pre ITA profile?
2) Is there any issue, including latest job in Post ITA profile?
3) Is there any need to mention about new job in LOE?
4) Experience will be count up to ITA email or Experience will count up to Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR)?

Many thanks.

Any body got rejection cause of the reason never sent them passport(in case they never send ppr and reject application by saying we never sent them original passport)
If yes,what should do next!

Extremely unlikely. If they haven't sent PPR, they cannot say they have sent it and refuse the application for not sending PP.

However, there might be situations where the mail went into spam and the applicant never really noticed it and didn't submit PP. In these cases, the discretion whether to accept/refuse the application lies with the VO/IRCC.

If you are claiming points for your current employer, yes, you need a reference letter with all the information required by IRCC. Otherwise, no.

Does it mean I don't put my current job in the work history but personal history? (I just received an ITA a few ago and I'm working on it now.)

guys, reading this thread, I got worried about one of my PCCs.
I got a PCC from the current country of residence which is not my country of origin. In PCC they mention the time period that it covers, starting with the first time I entered the country to live here. But before that I had several more short-term tourist visits and the police refuses to cover that period as they were scattered and based on tourist visas.
Could that be a ground for refusal? What shall i do now... maybe add a line in LoE... was ready to submit eAPR today and got such a concern :(

If that country only gives you PCC covering long term stay and they refused to give you the one for tourist visit, you need to explain that to CIC (idealy to show communication when applying for PCC or to show local law). Then it should not be a problem. Good luck.
