My family size has changed post AOR, my earlier fund requirement as filled in e APR is now less than the requirement for the new family size. Can my application be rejected on the basis of insuffcient POF. Most especially as i have not been asked to update my POF.

If you have family member, you shall add all requested documents (passport, medical, PCC...) and you shall also add updated POF, where you can show increased Money amount for your new family composition.
So rise CSE with new POF with a short explanation, that this is because of your new family member.

Ok, for the sake of everyone on this forum, lets get this clear once and for all.

You and your dependents must have a PCC from all countries you have spent more than 6 months in (cumulatively) since the age of 18 (regardless of what you status in the country was. eg student, visitor, worker).

If it is from your home country, it must be less than 6 months old on the day you submit your application.
If it is from another country, it does not matter how old it is as long as it was issued after the day you last left that country.

AND

After you have received an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) you are free to travel back to these countries without the need for a new PCC.

Is this correct?

Perfect.

Have you notified IRCC about this change?

"A change in an applicant’s family circumstances may affect the applicant’s eligibility, depending on the settlement funds required by the program to which they are applying.

For example, if an FSWC applicant submits an e-APR and later informs CIC that a new baby was born, the officer should re-assess the application to determine that the applicant still meets the minimum settlement funds as required by the IRPR. If the applicant does not have the required settlement funds, the application may be refused for not meeting program requirements. When an applicant fails to declare a child in their e-APR but later informs IRCC that said child exists (and existed when they submitted their e-APR), the application should also be assessed under section A11.2.

Processing officers should apply the principles of procedural fairness (PDF, 896.23 KB) when determining whether applicants meet program requirements for settlement funds."

Yes i have notified ircc about the change. I actually got married after AOR. IRCC requested for spouse pcc, medicals and travel documents. I have uploaded those details and also paid for my spouse application fee/rprf fee. However, i noticed i did not get a request to update my POF.

You won't get a request to, you have to provide it. Send a CSE quick with the amount of funds needed

Hi everyone.
I received my ITA in March1 draw.
I got married in january 2017 and have not got my marriage certificate yet. My spouse is also here in canada. I put her in non-accompanying in my express entry profile due to fear of losing score as well as absence of marriage certificate. I received my ITa at score 439.
Here i want to mention 2 points:
*I gave my IELTS exam again on 11 february,2017 and got its preview online(My new band score will take my score to 448,non-accompanying spouse). But i couldnot update it because i didnot receive my IELTS trf by that time which had ref no. So i got my ITA at 439.
*My spouse had valid academic ielts. As we didnt know that she needs general training ielts,we didnt go for her second exam. Now we have booked her exam for March25th.
*Received invitation at my points 439(non-accompany spouse)
*my points after new IELTS- 448(non-accompany spouse)
*my points if my spouse accompany me-436(based on my new ielts and let us suppose if she gets same or more band score in general traing too as she had in academic)
*Minimum cut off score -434(in which i received my ITA)

I want to ask if i can accompany my spouse now after receiving ITA? Can this lead to refusal? Can i edit my New IELTS score after receiving my ITA?Can we add her IELTS score for general training after receiving ITA? I am sure she will score same or better in her general IELTS exam. :)
I am thinking if we can mention in Letter of explaination that we didnt had our marriage certificate so we didnt accompany her at that time as it takes 8 weeks after marriage to apply for that.

Since you have not yet submitted your PR application, I would suggest you decline the ITA and create a new profile based on your new situation and wait for future draws. Perhaps there is an easier solution.

I guess no one can say with any certainty that it will not cause problems. Dont over complicate stuffs, CIC likes plain and simple, with curent trend, you will get ITA in future, simply decline it. If you go with what you had in the first place, there is chance of problem as your wife is already in Canada and how can you say someone non accompanying who is already in Canada?

I appreciate your informative replies. I have one more question regarding the ECA evaluation. If your highest education, say MSC, has been evaluated only, do you need to still mention the BSC in Education History and also upload the BSC certificate/transcript when submitting the eAPR or you upload everything and state in your LOE that only the MSC was evaluated as per instruction on the CIC website?

Oh, and +1 :D

Thank you :)

As I was about to reply, I realised Vensak has already answered your question before me :)... and that is right you only have to upload the master and that should be fine... but ofcourse that is only if you dont have a Canadian bachelor... in that case you need to upload both so you can get your additional points for the Canadian education...in my case my masters is evaluated and thats my highest degree but I still need to upload my bachelors because its from Canada...

Thank You so much for replying.
So if we decline invitation before the next draw, there will only one thing left to explain in Letter Of Explaination, i.e., IELTS of Spouse(which is in Acedamics and she is having her General Training Exam on 25th March).
Will that be helpful or are there any chances for refusal with this too?
Thanks.

If you're using your spouse's ielts for points then you have to wait till after the general exam results to accept an ita.

okay. If there are any chances if we explain it in our letter of explaination (If her new score is same or more in new exam).
I read on Cic that "if any of your or your spouse's conditions change after receiving ITA,we can refuse it if it leads to take your score below the cutoff score youbreceived your ITA for"
If any changes doesnt lead to score below cutoff, they cannot refuse it.
Can you suggest something about that please?
Thank you.

You'd be using the incorrect exam to get points and an ITA. That would be misrepresentation. Remove your spouse's ielts results from your profile until general training ones have been completed. This isn't her changing details like an address or having a baby, you used fake exam results to get an ita.
