Guys, I have a question regarding about gap in Police Certificate. I have 2 periods of stay in Singapore. The PCC most likely will be like this as these are the periods of time when Singapore is my country of residence.

Period 1: 2008-2009
Period 2: 2014-2016

However, I did have 2 short visits for vacation in Singapore during 2011 and 2013 and most likely will not be included in the PCC. Do you think this will be a case for rejection? Should I include a LOE in the application?

Trips of less than six months are not counted towards those needing PCC

I thought it says cumulatively 6 months on cic guide

True, but its hard to include a trip out of other already submitted time frames. Besides, not every country would mention time periods against PCC.

Most would only say "nothing outstanding against the applicant" which also works in this case.

A quick question, guys. Really interested in your opinion... I used a consultant to create a Express Entry profile. But when they refused to give me the login information I decided to go on my own. So we "broke up". I withdrew my old application and created the new one. While creating the new one I responded NO to the question Have you ever applied or something... Do you guys think this can cause any damage in the future?

You are supposed to answer "No". Your response to that question was correct.

Suppose you had been nominated from SINP from 2174 NOC. & prior to eAPR submission you took updated reference letters from your employers which have some changes in comparison to your previous letters. But, those changes still satisfy the roles and responsibilities of 2174 NOC.

If this is your case, You are very much good to proceed brother. Don't worry. All CIC/Local VO are much understanding about changes.

Thanks.

did you know anybody got their pr upon submitting eapr apart from what is being assessed from sinp? please kindly share his/her experience if you know someone got succesfully pr with this kind of case.... i have new employment certificate took recently from my previous employer that matches most of main duties and responsibioities of noc...but im scared to submit to my eapr docs as they might think inconsistency on my behalf and spoon feed intended for noc.

They only expect formal experience letters et al for experiences that you are claiming points for. Any thing else is just information for CIC records for personal history, nothing more. People do this all the time, you are needlessly worried.
FKL Bro
I have a question, I got EE ITA under CEC. I have 3 years of foreign experience too, I claim those points as well. You need a reference letter in the same format as the one for your Canadian work experience: dates, title, salary, roles and responsibilities, etc.
As long as your reference letter contains all the necessary information, pay stubs are not required.

Sorry lionhearth, right now I can't remember anyone with such situation. May be seniors on this forum can answer your question more clearly.

Thanks

Hi all,

I have a question regarding my age points in Federal EE and OINP. My scenario is, that presently I have above 400 score. Now If I get the OINP PT notification now, it takes more than a year to process till landing in Canada. So after one year due to my age increase I will lose score for age and go below 400.

No my question is that do they consider the same age and score which was at the point of PT notification throughout that lengthy process and keep it constant or I will have to withdraw, the moment my age increase and score decreases below 400?

Same question is for Federal EE as well. Please guide!

Thanks.

Damn. Well there goes that sense of tentative relief then.

Kind of wish they'd just cancel it if they're going to... even if I have to pack my bags and head back to England at least I wouldn't be in this constant state of stress.

The ghost emails are coming frequently these days, just got one, always wondering if the latest one heralds the cancellation.
I am a somewhat confused by your signature. It says that you received your PPR on 29th June. Is that not true?

1) Age is locked at the time of the PT. Points drop due to age will not affect your OINP application.
2) Age is locked at the time of ITA. Points will not be calculated if you have a birthday when your application is being processed.
