Everyone i have a question. I saw a case of refusal where the VO said your pcc issue date was after your application was submitted. It confuses me. I got my pcc last month ready for ITA this month hopefully ;) so I'm wondering. ..even though pcc is valid for 6 months. ...is it mandatory to request it after you submitted the profile or after you receive ITA?

after submitted means what s that??after profile creation or after AOR..u cant have after AOR coz u need to submit along wth ur application except some countries which requires CIC letter for PCC..PCC should have date afterr you leave that country bt nt more than 6 mnths old..for more safety..

Bad news but I will obviously appeal. Please help me.

I got a refusal for my application due to stupidity of CIC.

They said that I got refused due to declaring 2 or more educational credentials but only one submitted. However, it is clear in MYCIC that I only got one with complete uploaded docs.

This is plain stupid.

I checked it all over again but it was really correct.

And even based on my gcms notes, they identified it.

I don't understand why would poorly assess.

It's a cost of delay again.

Write a detailed LOE explaining that you have declared only one set of educational credentials and not two. Send that LOE through CSE.

You are okay with your PCC. The dude who got refused probably messed up his application.

Dear all,
I am an inland applicant understand Express Entry with Provincial Nomination Program. I have some issue and look for your advices
Proof of medical exam
I submitted my application on 22 December. However, I am going to have medical check on 6th January. I did submit the appointment schedule of medical check. My question is how/where can I submit IMM 1017B form?
Proof of Means of Financial Support
I did submitted Financial Form to proofs that I and my husband have a GIC investment at RBC bank. The SNIP program accept this letter. In fact, this investment may be stronger than a saving account. However, CIC requires more information. We think that we will submit “the Proof of Means of Financial Support” again. My question is how/where can I submit the form?
Thank you very much,

you are required to upload your medical confirmation sheet,. I don't think uploading an appointment schedule counts as having a complete application. From what I know of, only USA PCC document is allowed to be uploaded later on.

As for the POF, I think it states you need to show redily available funds, and I dont know how "redily available" are your investment funds at the Bank.

Damn man! I'm so sorry.

I suggest you to try and get your file re-opened. If you did no mistake and it is the mistake of CIC, then you have a fighting chance. Raise a CSE and politely but firmly tell them the case. Good luck! Keep us posted.

That's ridiculous. Are these guys still drunk after celebration of New Year?

They claim that the application is approved when they send RPRF.

They assess really poor and people's lives depend on this assessment

they don't claim anything when they send RPRF. You have to be eligable for the program ( that almost everyone is ), but there are also other requirements in the EE.

They do. Please read this carefully

The right of permanent residence fee is $490.00 per person. There is no fee for dependent children.

You will need to pay this fee if we approve your application.

Anyone get rejected for having insufficient funds? If yes, by how many dollars did you miss the required amount. If I take what I had in cash minus credit card debt the total amount available on the day of application was ~ CAD 250 less than amount required (Due to exchange rate fluctuation).

I am wondering how strict they are with POF?

Thanks

If the amount was indeed less than the minimum amount, then, there is no argument here. The rejection can be justified. The exchange rate fluctuation doesn't matter here, I imagine. If they took the fluctuation into account, then, many people who have the minimum required amount might be rejected. Fluctuation, IMO, is not the case. They check if you had enough funds with you at time you submitted your application, AFAIK.

I wonder why you mentioned about your credit card debt when you knew that the funds in the account minus the debt of the card would amount to less than the minimum required funds?

Hello Friends,

I want to clarify my doubt if it put effect on my application or not ? What could be the possible way to rectify it .

I have put my Gross Salary (Annual + GDP) in the referral letter which I sent to Saskatchwan PNP . Now I have to apply for CIC and the company will put my Annual Salary on the referral letter keeping aside the Profits and Incentives . The difference is only INR 30,000 only . Could it create a issue in my application asking for the mismatch of information or it will be fine ? Please guide

You can submit the same letter which you provided to SINP.

However, the CIC is not interested in the amount of your salary. They want to be sure that it was a paid job, not volunteering.

@ Russian

Thanks for the update

I have submitted the Notary Copy for SINP as the employer takes 5-7 days in generating the letter by getting various approvals .
But now I have ample time so I applied for referral letter through HR deptt. Role and Responsibilities would remain same and variation will come in salary part only .

The difference in salary amount won't impact your application, but it would be perfect if the remark will be present "salary excluding incentives". That would make everything totally transparent and clear
