Reason behind no OINP Tech draws?

Can any one think of a reason as to why no OINP tech draws are happening, is the quota full?

Quota is most definitely not full and you can check that on the OINP website but they have said that IRCC is changing to the 2021 NOC system from 16th November and they've asked to keep checking the page for additional information so maybe they're waiting for IRCC to change the system then they'll do draws from the new system onwards. Just a thought.

They might have a few NOIs left to distribute. OINP has been unpredictable for the most part of the year diverting focus from HCP/Tech to skilled trades and so on. Let's just hope this isn't permanent
