Rearranging file in supervisa

Hi. I applyed for a supervisa for my mom like 14 days ago and they asked me for medical exam. And she is done with it 2 days ago. Now ilthe insurance that i parchased for her is not for pre-existing condion and my mom she had a surgery before.. i already submitted the surgery andthe results for the doctora. But my question is can i re arrange the i aurance and add the pre-existing condition before they send me email or refuse the visa for stuffa like that.
