Reapplying Spousal Sponsorship after return

Hey everyone,
I've applied for spousal sponsorship from inland online.
I've submitted my application on November 7, but it was returned November 9 due to the Notice of Assessment.
When i reapply, should i change the date of all the other documents too? Or should i leave everything else as it is and just reupload the Notice of Assessment?

Just add what was missing and resubmit. You only submitted it days ago. Signatures are good for 90 days.
