Reapplying after my application was rejected

My application was rejected due to some out of date paper work.

Lesson Learned.....

However they say I can reapply and keep all the information that already input.

profile through your IRCC secure account. If you choose to submit a new Express Entry profile,
you must make sure your documents are valid on:

The issue I am having I can't find a way to do that. Also, if I just try to start a new application it tells me that I already have an application on going.

If I need to input my personal reference code again. Is there a way to find that on my profile.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! This issue sounds new, maybe people here don't have an answer for that. Did you try seeking consultation with an immigration consultant or lawyer? It seems a professional aid is needed.

Btw, do you mind telling us what kind of paper work IRCC stated as out of date?
