Reapply Process

Hi all,
I have a question about the reapply process, i applied before 26 of June, if my application is refused and willing to apply again, am i able to apply depends on the old NOC list or the new NOC list ?

your reapplication will be assessed based on the new NOC List.

If you also belong to the new NOC list and will will reapply, you need to close your old file. Meaning, you need to send a letter stating your intention to withdraw your file under file no.******** and apply also for a refund.

If you belong to the 38 occupations pre-June 26, 2010 changes, and NO LONGER BELONG to the new list, your chances for eligibility will only be under arranged employment or provincial nominee program.
