Reapply for Student Visa - what are my chances??

Hello all,
My visa was denied stating reasons of Insufficient funds and family ties with canada. May be Because my brother works in Canada.

and I am working abroad and because of my situation I am applying from Europe. Is it this affecting the decession of my visa acceptance??

I am trying to solve these issues and interested in reapplying for student visa again with an appeal letter and SOP and etc. please let me know is anyone similar my case and got visa.?

If you're applying for the student permit from a third country (not your home country) then it is a problem. Establish ties to your home country and convince the VO that you will return after you complete your program in Canada. That is not possible if you're on a temporary work visa in a 3rd country.

Re-applying for a student permit from your home country may be the better thing to do. Lots of applicants have siblings and relatives in Canada who are studying and working. That is not a major problem. Your motivation to study is your own.
