I got my permanent residency on January 2022 and apply for the initial PR card on the same month. But I still didn't received my PR card as of today. After months of trying to call to IRCC I was able to call them today. They told me that the Canadian address I provided is invalid. Since, I used that particular address as my current address in the past and updated to different one later. The address I used was my cousins address who live in Canada. I lived there in 2020 and moved to a rented place. But I used his address because I felt its safer. But surprisingly I can see the address is accepted by the IRCC in my PR portal. So I am confused right now. Can anyone explain this?
Also, they asked me to reapply for the PR card. Can I do it online via PR portal itself or do I need to do the paper base application.
