I am from India . My application of student visa got refused showing reason

- Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in your country or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans..

I have already got admission in my institute starting from September 2017 . I have already applied for my GMCS Notes . How to reapply and how much time will it take for the process ?

I recently got my study permit refused and the reason was provided as Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic records, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans..

Here is my profile:
10th- 74
12th- 64
Bachelor's 73 (CompSci and IT)
IELTS 7.5(RWS7, L8.5)
Applied Course: IT Business Analysis, Conestoga College
