Hi,
My first application was in AUG 2015 but was rejected due to errors in employee reference letter in feb 2016 , now i am reapplying and have doubts about the pcc and medicals... can i reapply with same one i have or do i need to get new ones?? any advice much appreciated ...

I'm not sure about the PCC but you should get new medicals done as the old ones would expire in a few months' time. For PCC also you should consider getting a fresh one just to avoid a follow up document request or outright rejection. Good luck.

thanks for the advice, i just got off the phone with the medical centre and they say if you are applying within a year of the original medicals they are still valid and that they dont do medicals in such cases according to the person these are the instructions from the consulate ,, i have my doubts about this too..

Please note that when you get CoPR, you have to land before your medicals expire.

I'm not sure though what will happen if your medical will expire during the process.
Maybe CIC will ask for an updated medical which will unnecessary delay the process.

BTW, Would you please let me know what errors in reference letter were responsible for rejection?

no. of work hours were not mentioned on the letter

Hi guys
I'm now in the same situation i apply back in october i got the
PEI nomination but ny application have been rejected due to employment letter error ( in my case job descriptions was not enough) they didn't even send me an email i could have change it
But right now i need to restart from scratch. The province need to confirm to CIC that they nominated me because I have a new EE profile. I hope it will work this time

so you were rejected after 5-6 months?! did they send a rejection letter directly to your email? were there any changes to your profile right before rejection? i'm really worried about my application now!

I'm in the similar situation. Do you recall if the letter at least mentioned it was a full-time job?

I don't think they send you a letter before the rejection because in my case they juste send me a rejection letter after 4 months

yes, but i mean did your profile change in any way, or was your profile updated, before rejection? or did you just directly receive an email?

I didn't received anything before the rejection email not even a ghost email. I was very disappointed
