Realized that my passport with a Canadian visa will expire before the "6 month rule"

Hi,

I'm planning on traveling to Canada this month (July 2018) and I still have a valid Canadian Visa on my current passport but I've realized that it expires during the last week of August (2018), but I'm leaving Canada during the first week of August. I've realized that Canada has the "6 month rule" so I recently got a new passport. Now my question is that will I be fine if I bring both of my passports to Canada when coming here (old + new passport), or what do you guys suggest I do?

There's no '6 month rule'. You can travel anytime during the validity of your TRV, even until the date of visa expiry.

You must bring both passports
