Does CIC accepts FSW applications next year or in 2015 for those of CAP filled ??????...........does any 1 has information abt this.

Your question isn't clear.

I believe you may be asking what happens once the cap for a NOC has been reached and if CIC keeps any applications received after the cap has been reached for the following year. The answer is no. Applications recieved after the cap has been reached are all returned.
