Re new reference letter after AOR

Hello senior,
1. I would like to ask, I sent already my application received AOR in document I sent two copy of reference letter from my Bos two of them I used it for opening bank nd buy a car. I work since sept 15 2011, nd the reference letter sept 2012 nd October only the basic like salary, when I'm start working till present, hours every week. Without duties. I provide also reference letter from my ex manager date 2013 september 15 he only write my duties, hours.
Senior do you think is strong enough, because my Bos doesn't want to write any letter to me.


2. My Bos look like want to write letter for me, and I have to write nd Bos will sign in. Is good idea I send this letter or don't have. So not make VO confuse . Thank.

I don't know why to send so many letters to make your case confusing ?? Consider yourself in officer's position.
You should just send one final letter which contains all the information what is required in Good Employement Reference letter.

Not sure since rules only came in effect from 8th Nov..In case of doubt by VO, VO will contact the PA...So if ur application is recieved after 8th nov....its better to wait

I would send an updated one. Looks like the one that you sent initially isnt what CIC expects. So its better to send an updated one and wait for CIC to use it, rather than being sorry later for not sending one
