I am wondering whether the medical exam can be allowed in another country rather than the country where you have submitted your application & first med?

Recently i have received two letter from canadian immigration. First letter is asking me for a remed, and the second letter is for the DR where i initially submitted my first Medical. Couple of questions are asked from the DR regarding my health status.

I wont be able to go back where i initially submited my med, since there is a 30 day period given to me.

Should i inform CIC about this?

Thanks

yes,
just check about medical exam on cic.gc.ca, it does mention that you can do it another country but it has to be in the list of designated medical practitioners.
