Dear,
The mail states that if you don't receive forms in 48 hrs, you have to contact them.
The forms have printed IME numbers and your name. It is needed for medical.
As for the medical centers in your area, i don't have any idea.

Hello guys!

We did our medicals on 25 June and we have been waiting since then, meanwhile I sent them an email with inquiry if everything is alright with the medical results and documents, they replied that documents were received and I should wait for further steps in the process.

What do you think, any suggestions? Should I be worried or be just patient?

I got mr request on 4th October, app filed 29 August 2014, per 16 th dec vo ndvo . I am done with the Medicals. I have few doubts regarding submission of requested documents
1. They have asked to send bio pages of passport. Does First page include stamp page?
2. Should the passport be attested?
3. Should I send old passport copies as well.
I got my passport updated after filing for fsw. The new passport contains change in name, addition of spouse name and change of address.
4. Should I send covering letter with the name mentioned in the application or my new name?
Plz help...

With God Grace I Got MR RPF and PCC Request today evening at 5:52 pm.

ModifiedTimeline is as follows:
File submission date: 25th June 2014
File started processing: 17th OCt 2014
PER: 21st oct 2014.
MR PCC RPF request: 9th Oct 2015.

1. Scan all pages and send, don't skip anything.
2. no need to attest copies.
3. Current passport copies only required.
4. Name on Application should be same as in Passport, what have you changed in the name? or have you added a middle name ? IF you have added a middle name a cover letter would be good to send, better to send a notary attested letter, with all the details.
If you are a girl and Surname is changed after marriage then you have to send the marriage certificate along with cover letter as mentioned in the application form. You will have to raise a CSE too to let them know of any changes in your Name, address etc.

Is the attachment 2 pages, with th second one the medical report IMM1017E.
scroll down on the second page, under the immigration section. Left column is IMM type non-EDE, appl no. and uci.
Right column is IME no with a bar code under it.
Is your name already on the form.

Dear
First of all did you inform VO of:
1. Passport renewal
2. Name change
3. Addition of spouse
4. Change of address

You should have done the above, as soon as you renewed the passport. Informing them of changes.
Now you may need to prove the new name belongs to you ! Like marriage certificate.
There is no need to attest new passport copy.

You should immediately write to VO explaining the situation, and attach relevant documents to prove your stance.

Ans: 1st and last page of passport where your address and name details given, that's it .

2. Should the passport be attested?
Ans : no need

3. Should I send old passport copies as well.

Ans : add bio pages of old passport and new one with cover letter mentioning changes
4. Should I send covering letter with the name mentioned in the application or my new name?
Ans: mention changes in passport and why

Friends can i carry settlement funds (to be declared at the time of landing )in the form of bank draft in Local currency (Pakistan Rupee). I am travelling from Pakistan and want to avoid conversion loss here when converting these funds into USD.

Personal message on this would be even more appreciated.

This I dont think is possible.. I was asked to show funds in CAD, and I was carrying enough funds to show to immigration officers.

I dont think INR or pakistani rupees is valid option.

Thanks for the reply. I got married before filing the application. I have sent marriage proof along with the application. It just I had added surname, spouse name and address on passport. The new address mentioned in the passport is same as the one mentioned in application
