After doing the Medical Examination, should I send a scanned version of eMedical information sheet by case specific enquiry page? or to a specific email address ?

Here is an urgent and quick query.
I had two lines updated in my ECAS as of now.
We received your file on July 9, 2014.
We started processing on Jan14, 2015

Now there is a change in second line's date ( it is now showing processing started on october 29, 2014.).

What does it mean?
Has it ever happened with anybody in forum. ?
Please guide me on this.




Hi . Nothing to worry. This has happened to almost all the applications. In order to clear the back log promptly, they have pre poned the SLU date by almost 2 months on an average. This means your MR is on the Way..... All the best...

Send Pcc and documents reqd on 01 oct

My qstn is my passport is going to expire on 26 sept 2016
I have taken the appoitment for renewing my passport.
Should i update this to vo when i recve the updated passport?
And if in the mean time they asked for PPR what should i do? Should i send the old passport?

NamPr05 & tbaba are right !

Renew your passport, scan and send to VO, and inform him that you have attached Bio pages of renewed passport.
The PPR letter usually has a time of 30 days, & does not have your PP numbers.
Do not submit the old passports to the embassy. You still have time.

Yes, you need to declare that...even if combined value is more than 10k

Dear,
Correct, b'cause the principal applicant is the one declaring the amount for all dependents.
In other scenarios of travel each passport has a limit of 10k, independently.

If you hospital is e enabled you dont need to send any scan copy except they request for it

I am actually lost now. I got email that we are ready for VISA stamping last July and we already sent our passports to Canada Embassy last July 8, 2015. TOmorrow will be the 90th day, yet we havent received any feedback from them yet.

Is there anything I can do to expedite this?

I have applied from Japan and Manila VO is handling the file. Recently I got PPR. I am wondering how to send passport to manila from Japan. Is it safe to send it by DHL or any other courier service. Is it not against any rule/law to send passport from one to another country? Need some advice.

It's legal. I have just sent my passport from Qatar to Manila VO via DHL last Thursday. They received the docs (PP+Appendix A+Photos) today.
