Try different combination of names as sometimes they mess up the names. If u have middle name as well try putting middle and surname and other different combination. If still doesnt work try calling cic and they will put you through to technical desk

Yes, a bit. You can still send an email or raise ecas to ask your application status. The one good thing is that your visa start date will be your MR done date.

But one thing worries me, why NDVO is taking so much time for some applications whereas Oct applicants are already started getting pprs. My suggestion is to update your LinkedIn,Facebook with your current and ex-colleagues contacts.

No precise duration. Can take few weeks to a couple of months.

Within how many days are we supposed to submit the passport.
Once you get PPR, you have 30 days to submit passports.

Ya, so whats the problem.
You are going to need thousands of dollars for POF anyway.
I dont think 25K INR will be a problem.

I just checked and found very cheap flight in Yatra.com but it routed via USA and note given is that we need transit VISA for this flight.

My question is that if we will not go out from airport and will take connecting flight internally than why should we required transit VISA.

I got your point, but still for any flights via US you need to have transit visa and on top of it need to recheck in again. My suggestion is not to take any via US flts.

[No, if traveling via London with the the confirmed onward journey and if there is a layover of less then 24 hrs transit visa not required. Hope it helps]

As long as you do not want to go out of the airport, and you have aon onward journey with valid VISA to USA/Canada, you do not need a Visa for transit at Heathrow.

If we have valid US B1 visa you think we can prefer via US? Or still you would advise avoiding this route ?
