Hello Friends

My Medicals (Line 3) was updated around 20-25 April.
It was for my-self, my-wife and daughter.

we are in U.S.A these days and my wife has given birth to our 2nd kid here in U.S.
I had send the 2nd kid's documents to get him added to our Application and the same was delivered to NDVO on 20-May-2015.

I have not received any communication since then and my CC for 150 CAD for adding my 2nd kid is also not charged yet.
I hope once it got charged we should receive the medical request for my 2nd kid.

Friends please suggest if someone has a similar case or in general what you think how long should be the wait to get the CC charged.

VO doesn't have CC-charging capabilities, only CIC, Nova Scotia does..u shud have paid the 150 CAD online and sent the receipt....Or made a Bank Draft...

Dude,

We from Delhi VO have received the email saying this->

"Please send photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only front and back Bio pages) for all . "

Whereas u from Warsaw VO would have received this->

"Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members..."

The instructions are quite clear..and u shud comply with ur VO-specific instructions to avoid any complications...U only have to scan and send, what's the problem in sending the blank pages?

In fact, I see a forum-mate already replied to ur query with specific instructions, please follow them exactly->

Excellent mate...this is the difference I wanted to know...this gives ample clarity...so basically NDVO and WVO are following different processes...so now I m clear that WVO has this requirement of all pages...reason why I have asked at different paces is because some are answering as per NDVO email whereas some as per WVO..

I actually don't want to send WVO multiple emails and confuse them...so now she I send the entire package on email all over again or just the passport with all pages? Including my past/expired visas?

Hi Friends,

Need your suggestions on POF required at landing.

1) Please suggest different options to show funds?
2) As per the CIC guideline for 2 person CAD$ 14000 (approx) is required. Is this mandatory? In some threads few people only showed around CAD$ 5000 and rest documents & statement from Indian Bank. Really confused in this section.
3) Should I go for travellers Cheque or Open Scotia bank account from India. Please suggest.

My second line got updated on 04 June 2015.
PER date 23-01-2015
App reached CIC date 03-09-2015

Seriously LVO is performing worse among all visa ofc's .....................

Hi Priya,
I had communication with CIIP guy as well as my friend who has been migrated 3 years back under same channel.
They suggested to take POF for mentioned applicants. Like I am single applicant so I have to take around £11.9 K as mentioned by CIC.
You never know about immigration officer at Port of Entry.
Also you can take maximum amount of money first time and after that it is taxable.
I opted Thomas Cook. Got £11k for TC and £1K for cash. They ch charged 45 paisa per dollar in XE currency rate.
so better to take mentioned amount by CIC and just declare at POE.

Just the passport copy with all pages...

Also attach a signed and scanned cover letter, politely-drafted, saying ur earlier package was sent on xxxx, received on xxxx and it contained only PP BIo-Pages bcos u misunderstood the VO's instructions, hence ur sending this mail..that should be enough...

Now i have done medical on 5 th june and there is an problem found in my medical is they have found Diabetics in my medical report which i dont know previously .my sugar level is 211 which is higher side normally it is between 70 to 140.now today i have received a call from hospital that i have to undergone medical again .Pls advise what should i do shall i consider myself as i am gone out of the race my medical can reject on these grounds.ls answer my question i am very tensed.what should i do.

In my medicals to othey found traces of Sugar in my urine. The hospital will retake another urine test to check thier finding more. If they still find traces they then do a creatine test ( To check the functioning of the kidneys). The normal range is between 1.60 and 1.80 if my memory serves me right, if the creatine test is within range then they just upload all these results to CIC and within 2 weeks or max 3 u will see third line update.

If the creatine test is also high they refer you to nephralogiist who then makes a report on his/her analyses and shares it with CIC to take the decision.

In my case the creatine test was well within range and i have now received my Visa and planning to travel in October. I was around 180 in my sugar .


So my two cents is relax drink a lot of water, stay of sugar for some time and u will clear.
